I had great days staying at this small hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were amiable. The location was marvellous - close to the super touristy Old Quarter, the restaurants nearby and the center of Hanoi's old quarter. It also was on the pub street.

The single room with city views comes equipped with an electric kettle and a refrigerator, and the welcoming staff make sure you have a fantastic stay.

Joye Hotel in Hanoi is a cozy and authentic gem located in the bustling old quarter. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the city's chaos can be overwhelming, the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby landmarks like Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Hanoi Night Market. the sun terrace offered a relaxing spot to unwind after sightseeing, enhancing the overall experience for me and my 2 months old baby, creating lasting memories of family bonding amidst the city's vibrant energy.

The staff members were helpful and very kind. the room was extremely spacious and included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. My bed was large. Its location at a medium distance from Icon Park was great. I stayed here for a trip and would stay here again.
